Benefits of fresh Windows install?

I’ve noticed most of these Chinese tablets do not have bloat software installed on Windows 10 from factory simply because they do not have a lot of in house software that they can provide for the user and they cannot afford to give away licensed software for such a low price.

So what are the benefits of installing Windows fresh on such no bloat devices, do they customize Windows settings or something?

It is usally because these low cost computers often come with a user account already installed on your computer and usually that means someone was on it installing things such as malware. Also its usually in Chinese, so by fresh installing Windows 10 you remove all malware, remove the account put onto the computer by the Chinese and set it to your home language.

Theoretically re-installation of Windows with the official ISO from Microsoft should also be possible correct?

Yes it is possible to reinstall with the Microsoft ISO (thats what I did). Afterwards you must reinstall all of the drivers, which I’m having a few problems with (only the audio is still a problem).
