best 11-12"+ with active stylus…

I’m looking for a 11-13.3″ tablet or Lenovo Yoga impersonation with active stylus support, basically a cross between the Yovo VBook V3 and the Cube i7 Stylus…do any of the Chinese brands make this?

I’ve looked at the Cube i9 but I figure for near $600 i might as well spend the extra and get a surface pro 3…

Why not a refurbished/used Surface 3 (non pro) with atom x7 and 64gb? Faster than the other chinese tablets, and arguably better pen support and overall forum support and whatnot
