Remix OS is the the only custom rom out there that I know of: link

Warning: This might wipe your Windows installation, and you will have to follow this guide to get it back.

Also, RemixOS is incompatible with the new models: touchscreen, wifi, bluetooth, etc does not work.

Remix OS run without problem on 221510xxxxx model. You must use this fix: gdrive. It helps me. Source: 4pda.ru

The fix only fixed the touchscreen…

EDIT: Oops, forgot to flash fixed system.img. It works. You can download Remix OS from the guide and then replace boot.img and system.img with the Google Drive fix.

And now I finally have working Android! How do I reboot into recovery?

I don’t see a system image in that gdrive folder, just the boot image. Can anyone share it? or did the original tutorial update with a better image? seems that it was bumped to Remix 1.5 and had some changes/fixes made since it was originally posted.

also having a problem getting the tablet to be recognized properly in device manager, isoc driver doesn’t seem to be working.

With this fix the Remix OS has no problem with the sound, wifi, touch … etc. Fully compatible?

Ok, it works fine. But I don’t find the language change.

Can you help me (with screenshot if possible) to change the language to English?

    I found.

    Thanks !

Ah, tyvm, I thought that might be it, but didn’t want to screw the pooch. The system image of course takes it back to remix 1.0 rather than 1.5, but hopefully someone will figure out how to make 1.5 work with all the bells and whistles.

I couldn’t get the tools to work on my 221510 model either, had to push it all through adb by following what was in the flash.sh file….what a pain in the ass. But….rom working!

NAturally, anyone else attempting this, I recommend pushing the CWM recovery FIRST, then make a full backup, then start in on the rest.

well…remix is working, but I apparently fuckered my windows install in the process. And not really liking remix 1.0 very much. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

Hopefully a cm12/13 rom will come along. Or I’ll just use is as a windows box.

The only one, I’m not sure but right now I don’t know any working ROM for Vi10. It has several issue with the bios and the install method of Windows plus flashing the Android….

But all of the features are working perfectly, audio, wifi, touch, sensors, Miracast!

RemixOS 1.0 is working with the “old” bios.

This is a bullshit. Here is a good and cheap tablet with the option of dual system, and there is no normal support for the device… The newest droid version is the 6.x and this tablet has 4.4.4 only.
