    Hi Kraandeuf

I haven’t much experience myself with the chinese brands but I am an old man who likes tech.

That said, after a handful of “US” based laptops, a dell venue 8 tablet….I last year purchased a Teclast X98 Air 3g for my mother, machine still works great and battery and screen seem great.  I myself recently purchased a Teclast x98 PLUS 3g initially for my own use but I think I will give it to my little toddler.  Not that I don’t think the machine is good, it is, but I want her to have this tablet and not the “trash machines” ie, apple products my wife likes.

Both have good screens and batteries imo, though I have yet to fully test for external drive support but will be today (my weekend, 1 day) :p.  Both recently updated to use mirek roms too.
