After reading and watching lots of reviews over the past month, I think I can answer that for you:
If you want to lay back and just enjoy your time, the x98 plus is a wonderful choice, with long battery life, an excellent screen and reasonable performance. Except for taking notes with a pen, it provides for everything you mentioned, but it’s not dual boot YET, they’re pre-pre selling it on bangood at the moment. But I would follow Chris on that, because he’ll have the best offer for you when it’s finally out.
If, on the other hand, you want to get serious and ditch Android for an ultimate tablet with stylus support, true ssd and a core M processor, you could go for the cube i7 stylus, which even if is a bit more expensive than the atoms, seems to be the best value for your money. It is a little heavier than other tablets, but it’s practically a hand held pc, with a touchscreen. You can also buy a dock for it and use it as a powerful laptop, which should be more than enough for your college needs.

Thank you for your answer 🙂 I think that the only ptoblem with the cube is the price. I can’t spend that much money on a tablet as I do have a powerful portable computer for gaming and that stuff 🙂 is there any other opinion? How about the Cube iWork 11? Is it good enough?  Or is the plus better?

I must admit I didn’t give it much thought. It seems like a nice option, if you must have stylus support. But I would squeeze another 100$ for the cube i7, because that gives you a tool that you can use in a couple of years and not have to replace very soon.
Plus, if using a stylus is not a must for you but your looking for something like the iwork11, you could save a 100$ and go for the chuwi Hi 10, which will provide a very similar experience to the iwork11 and have better connectivity, screen ratio and weight.
I have a feeling that I’m not helping anymore 😉 so to sum things up:
Must have stylus? I would push for the cube i7 stylus, or settle for the iwork11 stylus.
Don’t have to use a stylus? I would go for the x98 plus, because it’s gonna be so much fun to use, while not having to charge it twice or even there times a day.
The x98 plus and the iwork11 are roughly the same price, but the i7 stylus had the best cost-effectiveness ratio of them all, plus it gives you all you’ve wanted, and probably continue to do so in the future.
Hope that helps.

bahhh so much indecision :'( I’m sure I’m not going to buy the i7 stylus it is too expensive :/ but I’m not sure if the stylus is must have, I want to take notes in the classes but I’m not sure if the iwork 11 is a good investment and I don’t know where to buy it xD
January 10, 2016 at 10:32 pm #21856The iwork11 isn’t bad, but be aware that the first batch (Like the Hi10) Came with a 32bit OS and only 2.9GB of useable ram of the 4GB.
The Hi10 with keyboard dock might be an option? I’m still waiting for my dock, but so far it seems good. As for places to buy Banggood.com is your best bet and where I normally try to get my tablets. I like them because they give honest stock updates and I can use paypal.

Ordered and waiting for my: BMAX S15 & Teclast F6 Plus
Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30January 12, 2016 at 8:18 am #22002Hi Chris, thank you for providing such a fantastic platform and resource!
You state “The iwork11 isn’t bad, but be aware that the first batch (Like the Hi10) Came with a 32bit OS and only 2.9GB of usable ram of the 4GB”
So are the iwork11’s being sent out with 64bit OS now? I’ve been scouring the net looking for bios updates etc. in forums everywhere, and no-one seems to be providing any kind of confirmation these tablets have had their bios fixed and that they are being sent out with 64bit OS.
I’m a student too, need a tablet with stylus that can handle photoshop/ maybe a little illustrator and ms360. I’ve been hanging my nose over the X2 and the i7 but I just can’t afford to shell out that kind of money right now, I’ve been waiting to read what people have to say about the new Chuwi ebook and cube iwork10 flagship/ultimate with stylus but there seems to be no real news anywhere regarding all 3 of these.
Can you please help/ advise? Thanks

Thank you Chris for your input!! If you had to choose between the x98 plus, the x98 pro  the iWork 11 and the Hi10 which order would you put them? Taking in account build quality, the racio spec’s/performance/cost and durability?
