Best Windows 4:3 Tablet with Stylus

Hello,

I’m looking for a Windows tablet (Android dual-boot is a plus) with good screen resolution that supports active stylus, whose aspect ratio is 4:3 and whose screen size is 9.7 or less, but more than 7.9. A nice little tablet to surf the net, read, and draw, with Windows. Any suggestions?

None of the Chinese brand ones have stylus support that are 4:3. No idea sorry.

Chris, do you now if there are any tablets whose screen size is 9.7 or less ratio is 4:3 with active stylus on their way?

Also what bigger  tablets then 9.7 with a ratio of 4:3 that supports active stylus are there or are on their way?
