Unfortunately, it’s very likely that your SSD has failed. In your pictures it’s clearly visible that both SATA ports are showing “empty”. You could try unscrewing the SSD cover, taking out the SSD and reseating it in the slot, however it is unlikely to work. Nonetheless, it is worth a shot.
Thank you for your response Olly. Actually out of desperation to take some data from the ssd I just depleted the capacitors by holding the power on button pressed for one minute after unplugging the power cable. For some reason Windows started again and I was able to save the data I needed but I feel its completely unsafe to continue using this ssd. Do you know if there’s any way to test these drives?
I’ve just put mine in the bin. Literally, picked it up and dumped it.
Yesterday I watched, before my eyes, the Realtek soundcard ‘disappear’ from the devices list (noted by Zoiper). I stripped the back cover off, grabbed a magnifying glass and found an actual crater in the Realtek chip. These Teclast machines are built with either really bad grade or pre-used components. Disaster waiting to happen, just get rid and buy something decent.
