Bios options

Hi, yesterday I went into the BIOSand it seems it has much more stuff than other BIOS i’m used to.

Does anyone know what are the important options to change in order to get better battery life/performance? or any other recommendation

I also read somewhere that thunderbolt  can be enabled on BIOS, how?

Thank you I have now enabled thunderbolt.

I just was confused with so many BIOS options as my desktop Ryzen doesn’t have that many.

I am used to tweak voltages in desktops but if it is as you said that the improvement is very low I think I won’t bother.

Then only thing I will do is to replace the thermal pad with a better one as you suggested in another post.
