Black Screen

Hi everybody,

I just received tablet teclast X5 pro but I have a problem. I updated windows 10 and firmware (firmware 302) but after restart the screen is black. I thing windows is start but i can’t see anything.

Do you have processus for restart the tablet please or another solution ?

How did you updated the firmware to 302?

Have you tried to restore bios as default?

I update firmware With the device manager.

I tried To press the volume up button and the power on / off but I can’t restore bios, The screen is always black.

So you can’t enter in BIOS? Escap or F7 doesn’t help? In the late bios window you should be able to restore default settings.

I don’t know to enter bios because i don’t see anything. I think the screen is broken. I ask seller ti change tablet.

Just got the same issue. After update the bios (firmware 302) it went completely black. I can’t see a way in at this time.

Did you manage to fix yours? Has anybody fixed this issue before?

I’d first suggest hooking it to an external monitor to see if you get anything there.
