How did you updated the firmware to 302?

Have you tried to restore bios as default?

So you can’t enter in BIOS? Escap or F7 doesn’t help? In the late bios window you should be able to restore default settings.

    Hello

Just got the same issue. After update the bios (firmware 302) it went completely black. I can’t see a way in at this time.

Did you manage to fix yours? Has anybody fixed this issue before?

I’d first suggest hooking it to an external monitor to see if you get anything there.

If not, try resetting the BIOS the long way (just drain the battery completely with an external USB device).  More info here:  https://techtablets.com/forum/topic/how-to-reset-the-bios-with-the-screen/
