black screen when waking up the device

Hi, i have an issue with my X98 Plus Dual. Sometimes when waking up the device the screen turns on but its only black. I can press the volume buttons and the volume bar appearns on the screen, but its still black. Long pressing the button shows the shutdown screen (Pull down to shut down), but the shutdown doesn’t work, just the screen goes black again. Only thing that helps is turning off the tablet by pressing the power key for 10 secs. The issue appears quite often, even several times a day

Any idea how this could be fixed?
