Blue Sceen on my new Teclast F7 Plus

Hello everyone, I bought the teclast, but I have a problem, in fact the pc always shows the blue screen, I think it is the ram memory, what should I do? As just said I think it is a hardware problem because I did some tests on the ram memory and errors come out. I also tried to use linux with the pendrive by removing the ssd and in any case the pc freez.

 

even at the very first start the pc had errors …
