I have the same problem. The device paired but the sound is so bad… in android work well.

The problem may be the windows bluetooth driver

Anyone can try with a bluetooth headset?

    thanks.

Go to Control Panel Sound Settings and manage audio devices and if you can see a bluetooth A2DP device there click on it and make sure it’s connected. I have an Ausdom M05 headphone and had only been using it in Android but I just tested now in Windows 10. After pairing it connected but only as a hands free headset until I selected A2DP.

thanks for the solution. Now sounds great.

The A2DP appear in grey but you can right clic and select connect,
