So you have you tried updating the drivers, Intel’s driver update utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant
It’s not normal, I’ve not had issues with my EZbook 3 Pro or Teclast F7’s Bluetooth. Does it happen when using wireless? Maybe the wifi is interfering with the Bluetooth but this use to only happen on the Realtek wireless N chipsets and not the Intel 3165 AC / BT 4.0

As for the interference I also thought that it could be the cause, so I tried it with airplane mode on and only Bluetooth enabled but the result was identical.
March 18, 2018 at 3:26 pm #140764Just looking it’s the EZbook 3S does that have Realtek wireless N chipset? That could be the issue. But even I would have thought in flight mode it would have run okay.

It will uninstall the device and a couple of seconds later windows recognizes it as a generic bt adapter. Now I just have to disable Windows’ automatic driver updates. I had tried many drivers, but I definitely hadn’t thought of no drivers at all.
Hope this helps someone with this problem.
