To fix those USB errors try to make Windows reinstall it, if it doesn’t solve, uninstall it, remove the battery and let it alone for some hours and turn it on again.

For the Bluetooth you can try to run a restore point from before the problem.

Well, yeah apparently I forgot to turn on system restore so I don’t have that…

Where/How exactly do I uninstall the current bluetooth driver? I can’t find it in Device Manager. I’d like to try to reinstall it.

Ok, I fixed this. For whatever reason, Bluetooth Support Service didn’t start on my tablet, hence Bluetooth was not showing on Device Manager. I simply access windows Services (run -> services.msc) and set Bluetooth Support Service to automatic, then restart. No driver or other changes needed. I can now pair with my bluetooth devices.

As for the “Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”; I have no idea what is causing it. Uninstalling doesn’t do any good and I don’t even know which/what device it is about. It’s still showing even without any extra accessories attached to the tablet.

Although your problem is solved without upgrading, I think it may help to note that you may need to download the installation files of the version already installed (18.1.1613.3274) and point to it in order to uninstall/upgrade the driver. No need to download the Chinese drivers though, English drivers do work.

Strange that the Bluetooth service wasn’t starting… at least you could solve it.

I have that USB problem with my computer, I solved deleting the unknown USB device, turning the computer off, pulling the cord from wall and going to sleep, in the next morning the problem was gone. For the tablet I guess you will need to open it and detach the battery plug. When you do that Windows flushes the USB drivers and, most of times, the problem is gone.
