Hi All, I’m having a problem with my son’s BMAX Y13 laptop that we bought for his birthday in January. It works fine most of the time, but occasionally and apparently randomly it will sometimes develop a fault that causes the mouse cursor to jump to a point on the screen and click it as though someone was touching the touchscreen.
A reboot seems to clear the problem temporarily at least, it the problem reoccurs after a while. Does anyone know what is causing this problem and have any advice on how to fix it? I don’t really want to embark on a lengthy return battle with Banggood / BMAX if there is an easy fix I can do myself.
