I created a WinPE Stick with Reflect, but I am not able to boot it. The BIOS shows a USB Key (UEFI). Is this the stick? Also I dont know how to change options in BIOS (using +/-) because I dont know how to input those keys using the Cube Keyboard. The FN Keys do not function in BIOS and there are no + or – keys!?

Nope. works fine, had already used it. You need to flash the iso created by Reflect with Rufus, select GPT and FAT32 (important, not ntfs). Then you shutdown the tablet. power it on, esc => bios/uefi. then go into the last tab, boot override. select stick. done.

@Hans: Thanks for your help. I did as you advised, but the stick did not show up in the bios. I attached it via the OTG cable from Cube on the tablets USB 2.0 port. Did I make any mistake though?

Mostly. If you did not do what I said then it wont show up. Needs to be GPT AND fat32., and I hope you wrote the ISO to the stick… also you need to boot it from shutdown state with connected, otherwise bios will bug and wont show it.
