Boot Trouble with ezbook 2

A few months ago i bought an ezbook 2, now when i power it on i get on this black screen, so i tried reinstalling windows with a bootable installer usb, during the installation i get a blue screen and and the pc restarts.
the ezbook works fine with android running off a usb but it won’t boot from a 64gb usb with windows 10 installed.
