    Hi.

    I recently bought my Teclast X16 Pro from Gearbest (UK warehouse).

    When I received it everything was inside the box (tablet, charger, user guide, microUSB cable), but the box was without any plastic wrap around it. Is this normal? Has anyone had the same problem?

    Everything seems fine besides that.

    box doesn’t come with plastic wrapping.

    Thanks, AKASH SINGH. Good to know.

    (Although I found a picture made with the tablet on december (the tablet was bought on January). I don’t know if I got a used tablet)
