    Hi,

    I rceived the tablet 1 week ago, an update of W10 jumped and during the process the screen went black… now does nothing … when I press the power button, the LED lights on for a few seconds …

    I tried to let it down to force off, press the reset button …

    but nothing

    What do I do?
