i installed with the usb.The new bios was correctly applied,i even checked the version of the new one and i restarted the tablet couple of times. My problem is that the led is not blinking at all so it is either dead on battery or bricked with some weird reason.

Try charging it a bit longer even though the charge led is not blinking. I put a usb power monitor on mine when it had the corrupt BIOS and it was still charging at around half an amp with no light. It may have gone into a deep hibernation and be hard to wake up until it has a bit more power.

After charging for a few hours, you may have to do this.

Hold the power button down for 30 seconds then release. Now let the tablet set for a 3 minutes and don’t touch any buttons.

    Now attempt normal power up.
