Bricked my new tablet barly week old by messing in bios.

Ok, so i recently receaved my teclast x80 pro -e6e9-, horrible wifi and bad battery, rest was ok i guess for the price, so i was looking into bios to increase its performance and messed with memory settings and thermal stuff, and wala, its not booting up, its not even showing charging light but its a bit heated from backside when i try. the external keyboard lights up when i insert through otg.

been searching to do cmos reset and bios reset but to no avail. even opened up backside to find cmos battery but nothing.

so is there any solution to reset the bios. or i wasted my money on my first tablet.

I guess after long searching, tried everything, the only option left is to order a programmer and flash bios, but i need bios of e6e9 version, any one can please upload some.
