Bricked Tbook 11E5A6

Hi, all , need your help, my Tbook 11 is bricked can’t boot on windows or android , the tab is blocked teclast logo , i try to recovery windows by teclast tool with the 2 USB method and it’s not working .

So can you tell method to formatting the teclast with usb iso windows 10 , because when a try do it my usb isn’t reconize

this is log when a try with the twice usb method

so find a begin solution , creating windows 10 usb bootable in fat32 , but have problem with the “missing driver media” ,

1- i did diskpart to clean all and format sd rom GPT  in ntfs and create partition C

2- launch bootable usb (created in Fat32 / GPT for uefi with rufus)

and always have this issue “missing driver media” …… i thing, not have problem with usb stick, it’s 2.0

So if anyone have idea , it will be wellcome
