Hi everyone, I’ve bought a teclast F5 a few months ago but suddendly today as you can see from the picture below, the hinge it’s broken and has broken the black plastic piece that kept the screws together with the backplate of the screen too. The “jump off” of the hinge caused a crack on the screen too. I’m very disappointed with this product but due to the fact that i work with it i ask you if there are the spare part of the hinge and and of the black piece that’s broken too. I’ve already wrote to Bangoood customer service but with no response yet
