I just got the i7 stylus and its keyboard today. Most of the keys on second row (Q, W, E, etc.) are dead right out of the box. I contacted the seller and asked them for a replacement. It’s depending on where you live and shipping cost. I live in Thailand and shipping it back to the seller in China or Hong Kong should not cost me much.
One of the members here @Alex has opened up the keyboard posted a picture here http://imgur.com/a/fk25Y , worth taking a look if you like to fix it yourself.

If nothing happened for two days, I’d suggest you to open the dispute.
August 17, 2015 at 6:19 pm #9923But i havent looked at the keys if there are changeable 🙁 Would like to change the whole keyboard layout to a german one, would be interesting if the connection cable can be connected to another keyboard too. To open the Keyboard: There are 4 rubber points with some glue foil undearneath. i took a tiny screwdriver to move them away and then there are 4 tiny cross screws to unscrew. then i took the tiny flat screwdriver again to open it up sideways.

U can send it back at first. Pls check the following tips before sending it back.
1. Pls return the parcel to us asap and provide a valid tracking number
2. Pls use the Post service, such as Airmail to us, otherwise the parcel will be stopped by customs
3. Order number, name and returned reason must be written down and put in parcel( And tablet should have a good protection)
