Try re-installing the Realtek audio driver? Uninstall it from the device manger, delete the driver box ticked. Then reboot and get Windows to find and install the new driver.

I just did exactly what you said, following these steps, and although I tried it several times, the problem remained! The only thing that I was unable to do was to delete the driver, because there was no box to mark that option (please, take a look at the attached pictures).
That is really weird, because when I play any sound that I tried to record using the inbuilt microphone, I can only hear that static noise. As showed in the picture attached in my initial post (Microphone-issue.png), the inbuilt microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio) displays only one green bar of volume level. The same Realtek High Definition Audio device only works normally if I insert an external microphone (like a smartphone earphone/microphone).
Any idea about how to solve this problem?
