Buy now or wait for willow trail

I’ve searched and I couldn’t find a lot on when exactly will willow trail be released? or how long will it take for it to be incorporated into budget sub $180 tablet builds?

What about z8500 being included in cheaper sub $180 tablets? is this possible in the first place? Because supposedly it’s only $3 more expensive than z8300.

So in conclusion, if I am going to buy a z8300 4gb ram iwork 10, is safe right now to go on? or will a little patience pay off?
