Buying from Aliexpress, keyboard case and glass

I’m thinking of ordering a X98 Plus from Aliexpress/OKQI and I’ve got a couple of questions please.

Firstly what’s the best way to get it into the UK tax free? I see they do free shipping via PostNL. If it’s sent in bulk to the Netherlands and then posted from there would it still attract duty/tax?

They also say that ‘Seller’s Shipping Method’ gets it into France tax free and then it’s simply posted to the UK as though it’s a European purchase.

 

Has anyone used either of these two methods and did they work?

Secondly is it worth buying the tempered glass and keyboard case that’s mentioned on the website as well?
