    I am considering getting the Chuwi Surbook (since I got that Secret Perk discount), but I have never bought something like this from China.  How do you get charged for taxes, duties, etc. (I am in the USA)?  Does the seller contact you if there are additional fees or does customs notify you?  Also, is there a way to find out about how much extra I would have to pay?

    Also, is it risky buying from China?  It kind of sounded if there is a problem with a device that it can be a real pain shipping it back (or even contacting the seller or manufacturer).
