i bought c5j6 64gb model on may 21st, i updated my win 10 form through valid outlook account, later after few updates, my tab is not booting win 8.1, and on same day, when i tried to boot android, it displayed your android is upgrading, and after few moments, it behaved strangely, only to display android icon with vol+/- select to highlight, update via adb, wipe cache and reset to factory setting. I tried factory reset, but it is still showing same status in android, in windows, it displays window boot manager recent software/hardware changes could be the cause, status: 0XC0000185, file: EFI/Microsoft/BCD, etc.
Please help me in :
1. To retrieve win 8.1 product key through any method other than booting into regular os,
2. How to reinstall both os step by step.
