Scroll to the top of the page and look in the Downloads section on the far right hand side of the page.

Seeing as I have no cursor or a wifi connection I doubt that would work.

When I’m booting my windows 10 USB I can see that the mouse pad doesn’t work. Anyone else had this problem?

My mousepointer worked during windows installation. Maybe your touchpad is faulty? Do you use an external mouse?

I did a clean install onto an SSD and the only drivers missing were system level stuff, the audio drivers and a proper video card driver. BUT…I needed to create a brand new Windows 10 installer (using the Windows Media Creation Tool) for it to install properly. Using an older installer left the device hanging much of the time, and without a cursor.

If this doesn’t work for you, I can link to a copy of the system32/drivers folder I have copied from my original EMMC installation.

    All the best

    I would appreciate that G.

I just don’t understand why the cursor is missing even at the installation of Windows when it did originally work on the OS that came preinstalled.

The only thing I did was formatted the main partition (56gb). I then installed a Windows 10 ISO, when I ran into problems I installed an ISO downloaded from the MS website.

Like I said if you could zip up your drivers that would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Zak.

    Hi Zak

Will do so later tonight if I get the chance. I had no cursor either until I installed Windows 10 with the latest version of the iso / media creation tool.

Here’s the link, this is a single .zip file with all drivers from the stock v4 install (0.5GB!).

Hi yes I had the problem and I can still get the problem. It seems if I do anything with updating drivers and going into the BIOS then the mousepad will stop working. What I do is reboot into the BIOS and use the Save and Reset option (it just does a full power off and on again) and the mouse comes back.

I just experienced this when I updated the WIFI driver.

I think you contacted me on HOTUKD – so your sorted with drivers now?

    Cheers

Sorry for the late reply. These drivers saved me from returning the laptop back to Gearbest. Thanks once again.
