camera problem

My front camera did not work out of the box, rear camera did.

I performed a Windows reset and both cameras worked afterward. Very strange.

If you’re out of ideas consider installing the official Teclast Win10 image and then try resetting it. Maybe it will work like it did for me. (Who can say, though? These tablets are incredibly touchy.)

hi, i have new version dual boot a5c8, cameras don’t work on android and windows. i have same problems. Code 10. I reinstalled drivers for two cameras but they don’t work again. some solution?

There is still an issue with the video recording on this tablet. I have A5C6 windows only. Others have reported that apps other than Window Camera work. Windows camera was updated lately but it still does not support video recording for our hardware. I read a post from Microsoft that said that they are trying, but there are just so many cam modules out there that total compliance is imposible. Welcome to the Chinese tablet lottery! Use your phone for video recording!
