can i delete windows partition and extend android?

hi i have managed to delete windows 10 and extend the android partition on 2 chuwi hi8s that i own uing a guide i found on these furoms and woundered if the same is possible with the chuwi hi8 pro before i make a purchese of this tablet and help will be more than welcome thanks
p.s i do have u usb otg hub and a spare usb drive and usb keyboard /mouse

I need to remove windows and have only android with maximum size.

I flash android rom but it conserves windows. How could I do it?
