Can I install a fresh copy of Windows, and ditch the silly dual boot screen?

I’m ordering an X98 Air II 64gb dual boot model

I know that I can tell the boot screen to automatically boot Windows, and it won’t show its face anymore.

But I’m just curious where exactly that bootloader exists.  Is it on its own partition?

If I just boot a Windows 8.1 or 10 installer from USB, can I just delete all the partitions, and let windows bootloader take over?

Hold down volume + to get the boot screen back. Then tick the box in the top left hand side.

Do you just want Windows on it or something? You can use a partition manager and remove all the RAW android partitions and later reclaim it for Windows.

So if I delete all the partitions, and install a fresh copy of Windows 10, will I still be faced with the dual boot screen?

I don’t really care so much if it is still there, I am just curious about where exactly this bootloader resides?  On its own partition, or in the BIOS?
