I doubt there will be any problems with UEFI. Your linux distribution would probably overwrite the default bootloader leaving you either only able to boot into windows or only able to boot into Kali Linux. Best case scenario it overwrites the bootloader with grub2 and you can choose between linux, windows, and Android.

I’ve never tried this, but when trying to install Ubuntu on a laptop that came with Windows 8, I had to use Grub fixer because grub2 wouldn’t show up and it would boot straight to Ubuntu.

I’m sorry if I’m wildly off and Kali Linux doesn’t use grub2, I’ve never used it.

I read somewhere that you will have a difficult time with Linux on this tablet and other similar ones. Reason is that most Linux distros are now 64 bit and while the Chuwi cpu is 64 bit the BIOS is only 32 bit. You cannot use a 32 bit installer for a 64 bit os.

However, there was a tutorial I had see where someone had done some level of hacking and got Linux running on one of these but several items also did not work as there were no drivers to support under linux
