Can I turn the Keyboard Backlight to always on?

Hey, i just wanted to ask if anyone knows, if i can turn the keyboard illumination to always on. At the moment the keyboard backlight turns off, after 15 seconds. I can’t find the right settings.

Edit: I reinstalled the german Version of Windows 10. Maybe it’s a driver thing?

Edit2: if i plug in the powercord the backlight is always on, so it’s a energy saving option?

I can’t seem to have it set on all the time on battery. Maybe it’s in the Chinese Mi software? But I don’t understand it.
