Hey everyone! I’ve been working in wholesale sales for the past few years, but after taking maternity leave, I decided to switch to a related field—marketing—and am now actively looking for a job. My main problem is that I’m desperately short on time, since I’m taking classes and raising a child at the same time. I don’t have the energy to keep track of a bunch of Excel spreadsheets with applications anymore—it all gets mixed up. Has anyone used the JobAssist service to track and submit applications?

I’m wondering if the Auto Apple feature really only submits applications for the positions I personally select, or if it sends them out indiscriminately without my knowledge?
Oh, and I also wanted to clarify something about status tracking: does it really show in one dashboard which job openings are still active and which ones have already received a response from HR, or do I still need to check my email manually?

Hi. Congratulations on your decision to change careers—that’s a really great move. Speaking from personal experience, I can tell you that Auto Apply works very precisely here—you have complete control over the process, and the platform will never submit an application without your consent. It simply automatically fills in the fields with your information and adds a cover letter tailored to the job posting. If you’re looking for a convenient platform, JobAssist really simplifies things because it aggregates the latest job posting from various sties into one place.
As for tracking—yes, you can see all your progress in a single dashboard, which really saves you from the hassle of keeping track of everything in Excel. Have you already created a new resume tailored for marketing, or are you still adapting your previous experience?
