    Possible to repair it if all it is a loose ribbon cable that connects to the motherboard. Open it up and make sure the battery isn’t loose and has pulled on the screen ribbon cable.

    Do you think this can be a reparable issue (as with loose ribbon cable) or a manufacturing fault?

    I have also opened it up and saw that the battery and every other thing is intact

    If the ribbon is plugged in fine, hardware fault.

    But first, unplug the screen ribbon (Flip up the clip) and then put in back in and push it down and try again.
