Can you disable the Windows button when using the stylus?

Windows 10 Anniversary added the option to Ignore touch input when using the pen, but I still accidently press the Windows button on the bottom of the screen. I can flip the tablet around 180 to work around it, but I was wondering if there was a setting to disable the button when using the stylus.

Seems like Surface users had a similar issue, but the solution seems specific to that model.

Doesn’t seem to work on Windows 10 / the Cube. I guess rotating it is fine for now.
