Hi Everyone,
Just bought 3 days ago, an Teclast X98 Air and the startup screen will not give me the Win/Android option anymore. I tried holding the Volume up button and got a very tiny message that I could not read but nothing happened.
Any other suggestions? I noticed TecKnight will be uploading how to install a boot to Android from Windows Button and I eagerly await this.
If however, this is in anyway complicated, I am finished. I am a lady in her sixties who has never flashed a bios or rooted anything…at least not for many years …so all will have to be very simple to do or at least something I can explain to a computer repair guy.
Also some pretty basic software I have installed on an ONDA 8″ Tablet Quad Core Windows 8.1 + Android 4.4 32GB, and three family laptops running Win 8 and Win 10 will install on the Teclast but , on startup give me the message ”XXXX <span class=”rpHighlightAllClass rpHighlightSubjectClass” tabindex=”0″>has experienced a problem and cannot continue”.</span>
I plan to get a fresh CD of this program however and transfer to a thumb drive and try again.
I can get a similar android version of the Win software that’s giving me the error message…except I can’t get Android anymore!
So , if you can help, I would be most appreciative.
Thank you,
Kerry
PS I’d be so grateful to get an English manual, I’d give you someone’s firstborn child. But I would think anyone who has had a tablet before should be able to work it out…except me with these particular problems. There must be someone out there who could do a translation?
