Do you have direct line or something like that shipping option? It’s free but they ship the tablet to Europe and then send it again using your country post .

I ordered the Cube Mix Plus from GearBest to the UK in January. I originally selected DHL, but received an message from GearBest saying it would get held at customs with that shipping method & cost me money to release it. They suggested I change the shipping to “Express line”, which I did. It didn’t take too long to arrive, didn’t get held at customs & GearBest refunded the difference in the shipping cost. Hope that helps you get a successful order…

Got mine on Gearbest with DHL (to France). I had to pay 30€ for customs (I was expecting 60€ [20% VAT] so it was kind of a good news), appart from that I had no troubles.
There is no ‘CE’ logo on the tablet (nor the keyboard) so I doubted anybody can give you a CE certificate.

I had previously ordered a Teclast X5 Pro which was also held by German customs and shipped back, costing me two weeks of hassle; thankfully I got my money back from Geekbuying.

This time around, I ordered the Mix Plus on gearbest and chose “German Priority Mail” which first ships the parcel to the UK and then, as “within EU” parcel to Germany – successfully bypassing those fascists.
