Do you mean the BIOS screen where it says TPAD or the Win10 login screen? Latter is easy, former I dunno.

I think that they mean the android boot screen Alex. They have a swanky new animated boot screen on the A5C8.

Most custom ROMs have different boot screens so the good rom cooks here will have better insight than me.

Are you going to convert your tablet to dual boot Alex, or are you like me and prefer Windows only?

Ah.

Windows only. I have only had frustrating experiences trying to use Android as a web-browsing platform, and it’s definitely no good for productivity. The former may indeed be better now that Android has more CPU/GPU and RAM to work with, but I still see little need to leave Win10 since it already covers all my bases. And the 64GB disk is already cramped without a second OS.

Beyond all that, it seems like it would be asking for trouble to try and convert this easily breakable thing to dual-boot. I’m leaving well enough alone.

In an old motherboard ASUS, had a program to modify the bios to flash, and you can change the boot image (logo Asus).
But as MadMax says, cooks roms have done before.
In A5C6 convert to dual, the system selection screen, the brightness is maximum. When you turn on in the dark is terrible. This happens to someone else? or I‘m lucky XD
