    How I remove Chinese language from Windows? Do I need to install a new windows? And if yes how can I do that without affecting android?

    Hi friend, no need to remove the Windows. Just install a new language and then delete the Chinese language pack from the Setting list.

    This is an instruction link showing how to install a language pack and make it as default.
