    Hi Chris,

The first time I booted my tablet into android I found Chinese as default language but I changed to Spanish inside settings>language (actually there is a large list, as a regular android device) and it remains everytime I switch to android.

Hope you can do the same in your tablet.

Thanks for your response. The problem I have after many hours of trying, is that I have been unable to find the icons for Settings and for Languages. I may have found Settings (things like Bluetooth, LAN, etc?) but not where I was told it was (in an article), and I cannot find the Languages icon (an A with dots). I have been trying for two days. Is it a different version of Android? I think it is 5, Lollipop. On my Samsung tablet I have 6, Marshmallow and Settings looks different to what I have seen so far on the Cube — it does not have the Languages icon but being in English it has Languages, so that is OK. Until I have found the elusive button for Languages I am not going to find my way around Android on my Cube.

I have this sorted out now, as a result of seeing a YouTube video in a foreign language and watching what was done to get started with Android. It was not quite what was described in the article, plus the Settings and the Language icons were different, eg. the Language icon is not an A with dots, but a globe. Anyway, it is working well now.

It’s great to read that you could set your language and understand what is on screen now 🙂
