CHINESE ROMS: Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 3

Hello people,

I am interested in purchasing a Xiaomi Mi Mix Fold 3 but there are 3 or more types of ROMS according to YouTube and Google.

What is the difference between Chinese ROM and Multi-Language ROM? Also it is claimed that the phone support Google Play is that by default or I have to do some installations to get it working? Some sellers claim to sell with Play Store + Services for 10USD extra while the Chinese version doesn’t no have play store, is it worth it buying it (trustworthy)? Lastly, since it has or can have “Google Services” is compatible with Android Auto?
