So noone ?
December 12, 2015 at 6:40 am #18258In my opinion your best bet to replace an i7 laptop is to go for a Microsoft Surface 4 and pick the i5 version (not sure if there is an i7). The Chinese 2 in ones don’t compare to the quality. But if it is just as a spare one, the Chuwi Vi10 still is a great cheap option with a decent keyboard option. It is a year old now so not comparable to i5/i7 in terms of power at all,but good for basic consuming and lower end productivity (Word etc..)
December 14, 2015 at 1:27 pm #18571Uhm it’s not easy to find a Surface with 3G onestly… 🙁 Anyway it’s very expensive !!
I don’t want to replace my I7 with a new tablet with the same performance, it’s just to find a tablet not too slow to permit me to do more or less same things that I use to do with my old notebook ( it’s a home PC, no games, no heavy apps, no photoediting… just internet, movies, office, etc ) 🙂
December 19, 2015 at 8:58 am #19162I have almost he same question, so i will follow this item.
February 2, 2016 at 4:45 pm #24784Any new advice regarding a future tablet ? 🙁
February 3, 2016 at 9:18 am #24826What about Dell Venue 11 Pro, 10,8″, up to i5, 4-8GB RAM, user replaceable SSD, stylus enabled, LTE built-in, or easily retrofitted.
February 3, 2016 at 11:24 pm #24907Cube i9? Or the Voyo vBook v3 Ultimate Skylake? Core M3 offers some decent performance for a tablet/hybrid device.

Currently testing: LG G8X & Redmi K30March 15, 2016 at 5:11 am #29446I am considering buying a Teclast X98 Pro or Plus Dual Boot. My concerns with a Chinese tablet is that on a factory reset, the language will be Chinese! Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
March 15, 2016 at 5:36 am #29448Replaced my Lenovo G50-70 with Cube i7 Stylus.
September 8, 2016 at 3:04 pm #49234After some months with the new corporate notebook, I’ve to restart my search 🙂
Looking again for a new tablet… :pSame gaps of my first post :
- good display, at least 10″
- Intel Quad Core, possibly Cherry Trail models
- at least 4 Gb RAM
- at least 64 Gb SSD
- at least 2 USB ports ( 1 Micro USB + 1 Micro or Standard USB )
- 3G Module present ( I need it for job travels )
- HDMI Port ( Micro / Mini / Standard, it doesn’t matter but I need one port )
but with KEYBOARD ( of course )
September 10, 2016 at 11:35 pm #49424The issue is 3G almost none have it.
