Chuwi general problems

Hi guys i have 3 problems on my chuwi vi10 32gb:

1º cameras dont work

2º my tablet is turned off when I’m using without charger

3º I have not battery indicator :S

i format my tablet and install all techtablet drivers, but camera dont work.

the tablet is turned off when i buy too… but i dont know if you know what is the problem ( Battery or something).

Do you have a Vi10 Pro or Ultimate?

If you’ve got a Pro version and it’s got the code 221511 printed on the bottom left then you could reflash the correct BIOS and then attempt to restore the drivers. Your only other option is to restore the stock Windows + Android image with Macrium Reflect.

To use Macrium Reflect:
1. You’ll probably need to move the .mrimg file to an exFAT or NTFS USB drive
2. Launch Macrium Reflect and select the “other tasks” menu
3. Select the option to add a recovery boot menu entry
4. Reboot to Macrium Reflect and then select to restore the .mrimg file

How to install system image? :S:S

I believe you need to extract the files to a FAT32 USB, boot to the BIOS and then select to boot the EFI USB device.

I don’t know if it’s then automated or if you need to access “cd /scripts/” and run “main.cmd”.

It’s probably easier just to install the drivers.

Dont work… only turn off when i play game ( Hearsthone or league of legends)…

i have some blue screens and it seens to be cause by Touch drivers on windows 10, my is 2215100, any idea?

yes, just reinstall windows and drivers.
