Chuwi hi 8 pro not work USB 2.0 devices

Good day.
USB 2.0 devices not working in my chuwi hi8 pro (singleboot windows10).
An OTG adapter with USB 3.0 output is connected to USB type c.
All USB 3.0 devices connected to the adapter are recognized, and USB 2.0 does not work.
What can be done?
I tried to change the drivers – windows determined that these drivers are more suitable.

Why might the port not work?
Tried all drivers. USB 2.0 doesn’t work anyway.
