My Chuwi hi10 don’t charge/boot out of the box

Hello, i search in the forum but don’t find any topic for my specific case.

Put my new shipped chuwi out of the box and it don’t charge (led don’t light) nor boot (tried some boot combo too. Like vol + power or 10+5 second power, ecc ecc). The charger work for my phone (oneplus one) and my other tablets, tried other charger and don’t change anything.

Now I write to seller describing my case and waiting, but i’m wondering if anyone here has a solution for me. Thank you anyway!

Assuming that the charger/lead are known to be good and that there is a light on your tablet that illuminates when power is attached then I think it’s likely that the connector on the tablet has broken loose (this happens often). Push hard for a full refund from your seller but if you end up being stuck with the tablet (and have nothing to lose) then (and only then) you might want to try opening the tablet and fixing the issue yourself.

Seller don’t answer and i think i will ask a full refound. But i think is really strange chinese QA don’t test simple think like powering…
