Things I would try are BIOS reset to defaults, battery disconnect/reconnect, and inside disconnect all major component connectors and reconnect them… screen-to-motherboard, keyboard, HD/SSD, etc., etc. Basically anything with a ribbon cable or some kinda wire connecting major internal components. Often these things come lose and/or were not very well seated from the beginning when factory assembled. For example I had flaky wifi reception in a new notebook until I did this to the antennae connector. And I have read on this forum of other people having a similar problem and solution for other things.
Also if Chuwi’s discussion forum is still ongoing, go search and post on that forum for potential fixes. Good luck.
I don’t think that it’s a hardware problem, seems more like software problem, don’t you think?
I just prefer trying a more simple solution first.
I thought about reflashing or BIOS reset, but I couldn’t manage entering the BIOS, I only see the CHUWI logo and when I press power +volume buttons, I get a message about dnx fastboot.
