hello!
I just bought chuwi hi10 pro (hi10 hq64g42170 904531 – model: cwi529) but it seems to have a problem with the chuwi keyboard especially with the letters “t” and “f”. for example, when i type the letter “t” it starts repeatedly typing the letter “t” and it doesn’t stop until i press backspace to delete the many “t”. I also used another (wired) keyboard which works fine so i think it’s keyboard’s problem.
How do i solve this problem? Should i get a new keyboard or it’s software’s problem? Should i reinstall the drivers? If yes which drivers (because i can not find the specific drivers for my model mentioned above)
Pls help
Thanks a lot

You can try carefully cleaning the connectors on the tablet and keyboard with a cotton pad.
You should check if this error you indicate you do in the two operating systems of the tablet, if so, almost certainly could be said that it is a fault of the keyboard. Discuss how it works on Android and Windows.April 26, 2018 at 10:23 am #142358I have checked both OS and it does have the same behavior. Is it certain it’s not a software problem? So I will contact the seller to send me a new one and i will let you know.
Thanks for your answer!!

With the information you have indicated, confirming that it fails in both operating systems, as I said, I think it is a keyboard problem. To ensure 100% your own, would be the test with the same keyboard on another HI10 Pro tablet, but that is not always possible.
The best thing is that you send a video to the seller showing the problem and see if he reimburses you for the money or sends you a new keyboard.
Good luck.April 28, 2018 at 7:18 am #142425Thanks for your help!
