I have checked both OS and it does have the same behavior. Is it certain it’s not a software problem? So I will contact the seller to send me a new one and i will let you know. Thanks for your answer!!
With the information you have indicated, confirming that it fails in both operating systems, as I said, I think it is a keyboard problem. To ensure 100% your own, would be the test with the same keyboard on another HI10 Pro tablet, but that is not always possible.
The best thing is that you send a video to the seller showing the problem and see if he reimburses you for the money or sends you a new keyboard.
